Job Responsibilities
- Gather document requirements, analyze, and translate business needs into clear documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and lead sessions and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
- Support solution design, testing, and validation of requirements within Agile delivery models.
- Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations.
Job Qualifications
- Degree in Technology, Business or equivalent.
- 5 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Solid domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking.
- Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capable to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
